My worst haircut.. EVER!!!

Well, that's not my pic, mine was better..!!
When I was a child, I always had this great feeling about inheriting some characteristics or behaviors from our parents. I always loved it when people said that I have the same personality of my father: organized, systematic, clean, kind of stubborn with a particular decision etc etc. But Oh my God, in the past few years I used to wonder, why was I inherited with the "baldness" feature from my father? Even that too at this very young age where sexiness is first determined from a person's hair. Even though I tried to grow my hair for a few months, I always had this thin shallow hair in the front showing all the baldness that a middle age man would have. At parties and all, I always got this nickname from my friends "motta thalayan" (bald headed), even when I grew my hair backwards. So I got so mad at my hair, my head, my scalp, our generations of baldness and a lot more stuffs, that I decided to cut, or the better word would be, trim my hair, completely. I had reasons to think so. I was thinking maybe I could start all over again with the help of some Ayurvedic Oils and other stuff.

So I decided to go to the saloon as soon as possible before I could think of doing something stupid with my hair. So I was like sitting on a chair in a corner of that saloon and I had a Nike hat in my hand (you could imagine why I carried that). There was a small TV there, which was showing one of my favorite movies of Lalettan (Lt. Col. Bharat Mohanlal). But I could not enjoy or even think about that since I was engaged with the thoughts: "Trim or Cut, Cut or Trim". Finally after those nervous thinking moments, when my chance came, I sat down in that chair calmly and after thinking again, I finalized my decision to completely trim my hair. Even the barber got surprised by the way a young man asked to trim his hair completely, that too in a silly manner. So the hair trimming was done by a vibrating machine, which I liked it when it vibrated through my skin, giving me a massage effect. So just as I saw him taking the machine from the drawer, I closed my eyes until he asked me "Itrem pore?" ("Is this enough for you?"). When I opened my eyes and glanced through the mirrors in front of me, the first face that came through my mind was "Mahendra Singh Dhoni's new look". At first it amused me and I felt like it was the best haircut I ever had. I gave the money to him in such a hurriedly manner so as to reach home as fast as possible to show this new masterpiece. And you know what, I even forgot my cap there at the saloon..!! My friends, parents, relatives and cousins, all of them at first looked at me in a surprise and then had a hearty big laugh at this new figure, which I felt more of a like "mockery" big laugh. The "baldness display" seemed to be highlighting more than ever. I felt so humiliated with myself, so humiliated and disgusted with myself, that I decided never to have a haircut, in that saloon..!!! Anyways it was always my mistake to even think about having such a full trim haircut, especially with this "baldness" thing going on. So now its been three months since that incident and still no development of thick hair. So I registered myself that day as the "Worst day of my life, till now". But still, as wise people say: "Appearances can be deceptive", the appearances doesn't matter but it matters what appears inside..!! I guess I have to think over that proverb again and again.

I guess that's its for now. Will think about some interesting topics in my next post. Thank you for reading it patiently.
Njoy Lyf...!!!
